Maart 2006: How could I know I wasn't allowed to chew on Tomi's boots?

April 2006: Arctos and Tomi are participating at a training camp with the German target man (helper) Bjorn Bungarten.

By the look of this picture, I would say that Arctos is searching intensively and concentrated. I also notice that he's proceeding in a normal pace, contrary to some of the other puppies (I won't give any names, but there is someone with a female puppie named Tosca who knows exactly what I mean :))

In august, Bjorn Bungarten will be coming back to Finland to do an other training camp.

May 2006: Tomi doing some tracking training at their own (!!!) farm field. Wow; how I wished I had such a large tracking field at my disposal!!!!

In Finland it is summer too: temperatures up to 28 degrees and Arctos discovered the pleasures of swimming.

Arctos has become a beautiful dog: I really love his coloring!

Just like in Holland, Finland is having the warmest September month ever (still 18 till 20 degrees). The Niemelä family is visiting their summer cottage every weekend, which allows the dogs to swim and enjoy the warm weather.

Poor Arctos; injured..... 5 stitches in his back.....

He run against their own car (the car was not moving) and tore his skin at the register plate, which was a bit twisted at the corner.

Arctos can work in any conditions: different kind of surfaces and places, in dark or bright, noisy or smelly and accepts any target man.

April, 2007. Arctos has stolen a slipper. Notice the guilty look on his face :)

On June the 5 th, Tomi and Arctos passed their BH-exam.
